Iridessa is known for her pop-n-lock isolations and hybrid style of belly dance. She continues to create a unique and intricate style that is indescribable and in a genre of it’s own. Dance is the art form and her body is the canvas.
With experience ranging from gymnastics to acrobatics, ballet to modern, jazz to funk, african to hip hop, salsa to flamenco, hula hoop to aerial fabrics, belly dancing to samba and then some. She strives to expand her knowledge and diversifying herself as an artist in the dance world. She travels, trains and performs every chance she gets and takes classes with a variety of well known professionals. She is a free spirt with a lot of love and passion for dance and performance art. Her emphasis is on leading edge choreography and actively pursuing her professional career in the mainstream industry.
Creative Motion Dance Company was established in January of 2008 and Eclektic~ Ka originated in August of 2008. She has been featured as a dancer in the Idaho Statesman, Boise Weekly, Bad Kat magazine, The Boise Picayune and the 33rd season of the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Locally she has danced with the band Robbed Ether and has been a visual expressionist in Hot Mess Burlesque, The Red Light Variety Show (RLVS), Sideshow Agogo, Idaho Shakespeare Festival-Comedy of Errors, Firefly Girlz, Hip Hop Shop, Mainstream Entertainment, Cherry Bombs Burlesque & Cabaret (CBBC) and Gypsy Echoes of Cairo Fusion.
